3D Scanning
Mobile 3D scanning services are available for New Braunfels TX and surrounding areas. Capabilities are split in to two categories - reference scans and reverse engineering scans.
Reference scans are cheaper and simple, requiring much less post processing of the CAD model. These are used when a part is being created to fit a space, so that fitment and form can be achieved accurately.
Reverse engineering scans are utilised to create a useable CAD model of a part. This is more involved as it takes raw scan data being reverse engineered and converted into a solid, easily edited model.
CAD and Industrial DEsign
KSB provides CAD services from creating custom designs to editing current drawings in 2D or 3D.
3D print prototyping
3D printing is KSB's bread and butter. With the use of numerous modern 3D printing capabilities, KSB can produce prototypes from very small to large format sizes.
3D print final product
KSB can provide final use limited-run products utilising materials designed for the intended environment.
